The kick-off meeting of the “ENHAGA” – End Sexual Harassment in Gaming project was held virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions on the 2nd of June 2020. All partners had the opportunity to get to know each other and discuss thoroughly the next steps, ensuring a shared understanding of the project goals, deliverables and workflow.
In more details, the meeting’s agenda included presentations of each participating organization, explaining their field of activity and their role and contribution to the project. The coordinator presented the main structure of the project highlighting the duration, the partnership, the
Work Packages and their extension in time, the deadlines, the roles and tasks.

The meeting was focused on WP2 which constitutes the first step toward the implementation of the project, mapping the situation in the participating counties. During this first phase the partners will investigate the current status, challenges and gaps in combating cyber sexual harassment, particularly towards female gamers, in their countries and on EU level, aiming to inform and support the development of the ENHAGA tools in the next WPs of the project.
Finally, the project partners agreed to keep in touch and coordinate their activities via online communication channels, taking all necessary actions to guarantee the success of the project.
